Quick Fruit Crumble
Ingredients
425g can two fruits
30g butter
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 cup cornflakes
1/4 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup desiccated coconut
2 tablespoons brown sugar
Method
Place fruit into a small casserole dish.
Melt butter and honey in the microwave.
Combine cornflakes, rolled oats, coconut and brown sugar.
Stir in butter and honey until well mixed.
Sprinkle evenly over fruit.
Bake at 180C for 15 minutes.
