Peanut Butter Biscuits

Ingredients
375g jar crunchy peanut butter
1 cup caster sugar
1 egg
1 cup chopped peanuts
1 cup milk choc bits

Method
Preheat oven to 180C.
Line 2 baking trays with baking paper.
Lightly beat egg.
Place peanut butter, sugar and egg into a mixing bowl. Stir with a wooden spoon until mixture thickens and is no longer sticky.
Stir in nuts and choc bits.
Roll mixture, tablespoon at a time, into balls.
Place on baking trays allowing room for spreading.
Flatten slightly with fingertips.
Bake for 12 minutes.
Cool on trays for five minutes.
Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
