Teriyaki Pork Fillet
Ingredients
1/2 cup Teriyaki Marinade
4 shallots
1 tablespoon grated ginger
1 teaspoon chopped chilli
750g pork fillets

Method
Thinly slice shallots.
Combine teriyaki marinade, shallots, ginger and chilli in a shallow dish.
Add pork turning to coat well.
Allow to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Prepare salad.
Cook pork on a hot barbecue plate or char grill, turning and basting for 10 to 15 minutes or until cooked to taste.
Serve with salad.
