Steamed Pork Spring Rolls

Ingredients
¼ cabbage
5 spring onions
1 carrot
2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
½ teaspoon salt
300g pork mince
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
25 wonton wrappers
1 cup mint leaves
3 teaspoons sesame oil
¼ cup water
¼ cup rice vinegar
1 teaspoon five spice powder
2 teaspoons sugar

Method
Wash cabbage and chop very finely.
Wash spring onions and slice finely.
Peel carrot and grate.
Mix cabbage, onions, carrot, sesame seeds, salt, pork mince, soy sauce and sesame oil together.
Place two teaspoons of mixture in the middle of a wonton wrapper.
Brush edges with water and roll up like a sponge roll.
Continue with remaining mixture and wonton wrappers.
Place in a steamer.
Steam in batches for 5 minutes or until pork is cooked.
Chop mint leaves finely.
Combine with sesame oil, water, vinegar, five-spice powder and sugar.
Serve over spring rolls.
