Pork Chow Mein

Ingredients
2 tablespoons peanut oil
2 teaspoons crushed garlic
2 teaspoons chopped ginger
500g pork mince
500g packet of rice n veggies – Thai mix
2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
½ cup chicken stock
2 teaspoons cornflour
¼ wombok

Method
Shred wombok.
Heat oil in a wok or large frying pan.
Stir fry garlic and ginger for 1 minutes.
Add pork mince; stir fry for 5 minutes breaking up with a spoon as it cooks.
Add frozen rice n veggies to the wok.
Cook stirring over high heat for 4 minutes.
Combine soy sauce, stock and cornflour.
Pour over the ingredients in the wok.
Cook stirring until mixture boils and thickens.
Add cabbage and toss to combine.
Cook until cabbage is slightly wilted.
