Snow pea and Bacon Pasta

Ingredients
500g pasta
1 tablespoon oil
1 onion
190g can sliced mushrooms
375ml light and creamy evaporated milk
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon cornflour
salt
pepper
125g snow peas
200g diced bacon

Method
Peel and slice onion.
Top and tail snow peas.
Cook pasta according to packet instructions.
Heat oil in pan.
Add onion, mushrooms and bacon.
Cook stirring for 3 minutes.
Add evaporated milk, mustard, cornflour, salt and pepper.
Bring to the boil stirring.
Add snow peas and simmer 1 minute.
Serve pasta topped with sauce.
