Ravioli with pumpkin and thyme sauce

Ingredients
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons oil
1 ½ cups chicken stock
500g peel and deseeded pumpkin
¼ teaspoon dried thyme
300g ravioli
Grated cheese

Method
Peel onion and chop finely.
Crush, peel and chop garlic.
Heat oil in a saucepan and sauté onion and garlic for 5 minutes.
Add stock and bring to the boil.
Chop pumpkin roughly and add with nutmeg and thyme to the stock.
Cook, covered for 15 minutes.
Cook ravioli to packet direction.
Purée or mash pumpkin mixture.
Serve drained ravioli with pumpkin sauce and cheese.
