Pasta with Cheese, Basil and Tomatoes

Ingredients
200g pasta
2 large tomatoes
1 tablespoon flour
1 tablespoon butter
1 cup milk
1 cup grated cheese
Basil

Method
Cook pasta to packet direction.
Blanch tomatoes in boiling water for 3 to 5 minutes.
Drain and plunge into cold water.
Remove skins.
Cut into thin strips.
Melt butter in a saucepan.
Add flour and stir to a paste.
Add milk slowly stirring until smooth.
Add cheese and stir to melt.
Drain pasta.
Toss tomato slices through sauce.
Serve pasta topped with sauce.
Sprinkle with basil.
