Macaroni Tuna Salad
Ingredients
500g small macaroni
200g green beans
200g yellow beans
415g can tuna in oil
1 red onion
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 teaspoons crushed garlic
2 teaspoons curry powder
Method
Drain tuna.
Thinly slice onion.
Cook pasta in a large saucepan of boiling water, uncovered until tender, drain.
Cook beans until just tender.
Place pasta and beans in a large bowl with tuna, onion, parsley.
Toss to combine.
Combine all remaining ingredients in a jug.
Pour over salad and toss to combine.
