Italian Spaghetti
Ingredients
500g minced
1 onion
1 glove garlic
400g can whole tomatoes
½ cup tomato paste
5 mushrooms
1 tablespoon parsley
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon oregano
½ teaspoon basil
500g packet spaghetti
Method
Chop onion and mushrooms.
Cook spaghetti to packet instructions.
Mix mince, onion and garlic together in a large bowl.
Cook for 10 minutes in the microwave on medium high, stirring every 2 minutes.
Stir in tomatoes, tomato paste, mushrooms, parsley, salt, oregano and basil.
Cook for a further 8 minutes on medium high, stir halfway through cooking.
Serve over hot spaghetti.
