Greek Macaroni Bake
1 tablespoon oil
4 teaspoons crushed garlic
1/4 cup Fuller Flavour Gravy Mix
2 x 50g sachets tomato paste
1/2 cup water
400g can diced tomatoes
1/2 cup red wine
1 tablespoon dried oregano
2 x 29g sachets white sauce
29g sachet cheese sauce
2 1/2 cups milk
500g grated tasty cheese
Peel and finely dice onion.
Preheat oven to 200C.
Cook macaroni according to packet directions, drain and set aside.
Meanwhile heat oil in a large fry pan, add onion and cook for 5 minutes.
Add the mince and the garlic and cook for a further 5 minutes.
Combine, gravy mix, tomato paste, water, tomatoes, red wine and oregano and add to the mince.
Bring to the boil, stirring continuously then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
In a saucepan combine white and cheese sauce sachets with milk and being to the boil, stirring continuously.
Reduce heat and simmer stirring occasionally for 2 minutes until thickened.
Layer half the macaroni in a greased ovenproof dish, sprinkle with half the cheese then cover with mince.
Top with remaining macaroni then pour over cheese sauce.
Sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake for 25 minutes.
Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes.
