Fettuccine With Tuna and Asparagus Sauce
Ingredients
250g Fettuccine
210g can Tuna
340g can asparagus spears
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons roasted pecans
Method
Cook pasta in boiling salted water for 8 to 10 minutes.
Drain.
Drain tuna.
Place undrained asparagus in a blender or processor and blend or process until smooth.
Place in a saucepan with tuna and mayonnaise.
Bring to the boil and serve over fettuccine.
Garnish with pecans.
