Creamy Bacon and Basil Tagliatelle

Ingredients
500g tagliatelle pasta (Spaghetti also works well)
1 tablespoon olive oil
200g diced bacon
300ml thickened cream
1/3 cup white wine
2 teaspoons whole grain mustard
2 tablespoons cheese
1 tablespoon cornflour
2 tablespoons water
Basil
6 shallots

Method
Cook pasta to packet instructions.
Slice shallots.
Combine cornflour and water.
Cook bacon in a saucepan.
Combine cream, wine, mustard, cheese and cornflour mix.
Stir in.
Stir over heat until sauce boils and thickens.
Stir in basil and shallots.
Combine pasta and oil.
Serve pasta topped with sauce.
