Boursin Noodles
Ingredients
2/3 pack of fettuccini
Butter (marg) a dollop of
5 mushrooms
100g knackwurst
Cheese swirl
60 ml cream
Method
Cook the noodles in boiling water for 10 minutes until they are soft.
Meanwhile melt the butter in a small pan, add the mushrooms and sauté gently for 5 minutes, then add the sliced knackwurst
Mix together the cheese and cream, add to the pan and heat through, stirring frequently.
Drain the noodles and toss in the sauce, then serve immediately.
