Bacon and Egg Pasta Mix

Ingredients
4 Rashes of Bacon
4 Eggs
250 grams Macaroni/Pasta Shells
3 shallots
½ cup cream
½ cup grated cheese
Oil
Salt

Method
Cook the pasta adding a little oil and salt to the water. Dice and cook the Bacon. Boil the eggs until hard, then peal and chop. Chop the shallots finely. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl and serve.
