Winter Beef Casserole

Ingredients
750g Casserole Beef
2 tablespoons flour
Salt
Pepper
2 tablespoons oil
425g can condensed tomato soup
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 cup beef stock
2 onions
1 carrot
425g can mushrooms in butter sauce
4 potatoes
3 cups mixed veg.

Method
Cut the beef into 3cm pieces.
Combine flour with salt and pepper to taste.
Peel and cut carrot, onions and potato.
Boil potatoes and mixed vegies.
Toss meat in the seasoned flour.
Heat the oil in a frying pan and cook the meat over a high heat until well browned on all sides.
Place in a casserole dish with the remaining seasoned flour, soup, Worcestershire sauce and beef stock. Add onions, carrots and mushrooms to the casserole.
Cook at 160 degrees Celsius for 1 and ½ hours until tender.
Serve with mashed potatoes and the mixed veg.
