Tangy Grilled Beef
Ingredients
1 can Condensed Tomato Soup
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
ΒΌ teaspoon dried thyme leaves
750g steak
4 potatoes
2 cups of mixed vegetables
Method
Peel and cut potatoes.
Place in boiling water.
Boil vegetables on a minimum setting.
Mix soup, sugar, lemon juice, oil, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder and thyme in a bowl.
Place steak in sauce to coat.
Cook steak on the BBQ.
Heat remaining soup mixture to a boil and serve with mashed potatoes and vegies.
Pour soup over and serve.
