Stir-Fried Noodles with Beef

Ingredients
2 tablespoons oil
250g sliced beef
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons red wine
1 tablespoon sweet chilli sauce
500g fresh noodles
1 bunch baby bok choy
1 capsicum
4 shallots

Method
Quarter baby bok choy.
Deseed and slice capsicum.
Slice shallots.
Prepare noodles to packet instructions.
Heat oil in a wok and stir fry beef for 3 minutes.
Add soy, wine and chilli sauce.
Bring to the boil.
Mix through noodles and vegetables.
Stir fry for 3 minutes.
Serve immediately.
