Hungarian Goulash

Ingredients
700g stewing steak
4 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons paprika
Oil
1 onion
3 potatoes
400g can tomatoes
2 cups beef stock
Sour cream

Method
Peel potatoes and quarter.
Peel and chop the onion.
Fry the onion in a bit of oil.
Flour the meat.
Add the meat and cook for a few minutes.
Season with salt and add the paprika.
Cook until the meat is browned.
Add the tomatoes and gradually stir in the beef stock.
Bring to the boil always stirring. Add the potatoes.
Reduce heat and add a cover.
Cook for ¾ hour.
