Beef And Vegetables

Ingredients
2 tablespoons oil
500 diced beef
1 onion
1 teaspoon crushed garlic
1 red capsicum
1 zucchini
100g green beans
1/2 cup plum sauce
1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
250g hokkien noodles

Method
Soak noodles in hot water.
Peel and chop onion into eighths. Slice capsicum and zucchini and top and tail beans.
Heat oil in a wok.
Stir fry beef until browned and transfer to a plate.
Add onion and garlic.
Stir fry for 1 minute.
Blend in capsicum, zucchini and beans.
Stir fry for 2 minutes.
Return meat to wok.
Drain noodles.
Blend in combined sauce and noodles.
Toss mixture over a medium heat for 3 minutes.
Serve immediately.
