Beef and Asian Greens Stir-Fry (2)
Ingredients
400g sliced Beef
1 jar of your favourite stir fry sauce
2 tablespoons peanut oil
1 onion
1 bunch baby bok choy
200g snow peas
2 tablespoons sweet chilli sauce
2 cups rice
Method
Cook rice to packet instructions.
Peel and cut onion into wedges.
Chop bok choy.
Trim snow peas.
Combine beef and stir fry sauce in a bowl.
Mix.
Cover and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
Heat wok over high heat until hot add oil.
Remove beef from sauce reserving sauce.
Stir fry for 2 minutes.
Remove to a plate.
Add onions and bok choy stems and stir fry for 1 minute.
Add snow peas and stir fry for 1 minute.
Add beef, reserved sauce, and chilli sauce.
Stir fry 2 minutes.
Serve on a bed of rice.
