Schnitzels with a Difference

Ingredients
4 Chicken or Veal Schnitzels
2 tomatoes
1 cup of cheese
100g mushrooms
1 carton sour cream
2 rashers bacon
1 can asparagus

Method
Slice tomato.
Chop up mushrooms, bacon and asparagus.
Par cook the schnitzels in the microwave for 2 minutes.
In a fry pan gently fry mushrooms and bacon.
Top schnitzels with tomato and cheese and place under the grill until the cheese melts.
Top with mushrooms, bacon and asparagus.
Serve with sour cream.
