Simple Stir-fry
Ingredients
2 tablespoons oil
3 chicken thigh fillets
1 capsicum
1 onion
1 cup bean sprouts
1 cup snow peas
1 tin baby corn
1 jar of ready made stir-fry sauce
2 cups rice
Method
Cook rice to packet instructions.
Peel onion.
Chop capsicum and onion.
Drain corn.
Cube chicken.
Heat oil in wok.
Add chicken and stir fry until browned.
Add capsicum, onion, bean sprouts, snow peas and baby corn.
Stir fry for 3 minutes.
Add stir fry sauce stirring until well mixed.
Serve on a bed of rice.
