Salt and Pepper Chicken Stir-Fry

Ingredients
1/3 cup Supreme Chicken Gravy Mix
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon Chinese five spice
750g chicken breast
1/3 cup oil
150g green beans
1 bunch choy sum
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup water
Noodles

Method
Cut chicken into thin strips.
Halve beans.
Chop choy sum.
Cook noodles according to packet instructions.
Combine gravy mix, salt, pepper and Chinese five spice in a large bowl.
Add chicken and toss to coat well.
Heat oil over a medium-high heat in a wok.
Cook chicken in batches for 3 minutes, turning regularly.
Drain on kitchen paper.
Remove all but 1 tablespoon of the oil, add green beans and cook for 2 minutes.
Add the choy sum and cook for a further minutes.
Return chicken to pan.
Combine water and honey and pour over chicken and vegetables.
Stir continuously for 2 minutes until heated through and sauce has thickened.
Serve on noodles.
