Rice and Vegetables with Soy Chicken

Ingredients
500g Packet of Rice ‘n Vegies – Thai mix
2 tablespoons sweet chilli sauce
¼ cup soy sauce
2 chicken thighs
100g green beans

Method
Boil chicken.
Shred chicken with a fork.
Heat a wok.
Add rice ‘n Vegies.
Stir fry for 2 minutes.
Add sweet chilli sauce.
Toss well.
Keep warm.
Warm soy sauce in a frying pan.
Add chicken tossing well.
Blend in beans.
Stir fry for 1 minute.
Serve sweet chilli rice and vegetables topped with chicken and beans.
