Quick Chicken a la King

Ingredients
1 tablespoon margarine
1 green capsicum
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 cup milk
4 chicken thighs
4 cups rice.

Method
Cook rice to packet instructions.
Cut chicken into cubes and boil for 5 minutes.
Chop the capsicum.
In a saucepan melt margarine over a medium heat.
Add capsicum and cook until tender.
Add soup, milk and chicken heat through, stirring occasionally.
Serve on a bed of rice.
