Quick Casserole Chicken
Ingredients
8 chicken thigh fillets
1 carton sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 packet French onion soup mix
1 packet chow mien noodles
Method
Cut chicken into bite size pieces.
Boil in hot water for 5 minutes. Soak the noodles in boiling water for 5 minutes.
Drain.
Place in a casserole dish.
Combine sour cream, soup and onion mix.
Spread over the top over the chicken.
Cover with noodle and bake at 150C for 20 minutes.
