Peppered Chicken and Pasta Salad

Ingredients
1 packet penne pasta
1 chicken thigh
1 onion
1 green apple
2 sticks celery
1 small can green peppercorns
2/3 cup cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon sugar

Method
Cook pasta to packet instructions.
Cube chicken into bite sized pieces and boil until cooked through.
Peel onion.
Thinly slice onion and apple.
Chop celery.
Drain pasta and chicken and cool.
Once pasta and chicken are cool combine pasta, chicken, onion, apple and celery in a bowl.
Drain Peppercorns.
Crush peppercorns.
Combine peppercorns, cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice and sugar in a large jar and shake well.
Just before serving mix dressing in with salad.
