Gnocchi with Chicken and Mushrooms

Ingredients
2 bacon rashers
250g button mushrooms
4 shallots
4 chicken thighs
300ml cream
1 tablespoon French mustard
1kg gnocchi
1 cup grated parmesan cheese

Method
Finely chop bacon.
Slice mushrooms and shallots.
Coarsely chop chicken.
Cook chicken.
Cook bacon in a large frying pan, stirring.
Add mushrooms and shallots.
Cook, stirring until mushrooms are soft and browned lightly.
Add chicken, cream and mustard, bring to a boil, simmer 2 minutes.
Cook gnocchi in a large saucepan of boiling water, uncovered until just tender, drain.
Combine gnocchi and chicken mixture in 2L shallow ovenproof dish, sprinkle with cheese.
Place dish under heated grill until top is browned.
