Chicken Stir-Fry (1)

Ingredients
4 chicken thighs
1 onion
2 teaspoons crushed garlic
1 teaspoon grated ginger
1 capsicum
2 carrots
100g green beans
1 cup teriyaki thick sauce
2 tablespoons sweet chilli sauce
2 cups rice

Method
Cook rice to packet instructions.
Slice chicken thighs.
Peel and slice onions and carrots.
Slice capsicum.
Spray a hot wok with oil.
Add chicken and stir fry for 3 minutes.
Transfer to a plate.
Add onion, garlic and ginger to the wok.
Stir fry for 1 minute.
Mix through all other vegetables.
Stir fry for 2 minutes.
Return chicken to the wok with sauces.
Stir fry until heated through.
Serve on a bed of rice.
