Chicken, Corn and Noodle Chowder

Ingredients
1 onion
2 teaspoons crushed garlic
420g can corn kernels
750g can small potatoes
1 litre chicken stock
500g chicken tenderloins
150g fresh egg noodles
Sour cream

Method
Peel and chop onion.
Chop chicken.
Heat large pan cook onion and garlic stirring until onion softens.
Add corn, potato and stock, bring to the boil, simmer, covered for 10 minutes.
Mash mixture.
Add chicken and noodles, simmer, uncovered for 10 minutes.
Serve with sour cream and fresh bed.
