Chicken and Mango Pasta Salad

Ingredients
500g pasta
1 country style cooked chicken
2 cans mangoes
3 celery sticks
1 packed snow pea sprouts
2 oranges
2 tablespoons oil

Method
Thinly slice celery.
Juice oranges.
Cook pasta to packet instructions.
Drain and transfer to a large bowl.
Remove chicken from bones.
Discard skin and bones.
Shred chicken.
Add chicken, mangoes, celery, sprouts, juice and oil to pasta.
Toss and serve.
